Is my own phone compatible with mSpy™?

Any device that has access to the Internet is good for monitoring. Once you install mSpy™ on your kid’s phone, you will be able to see the information from that phone using your own phone or computer as long as it’s connected to the Internet.

Is my kid’s phone compatible?

mSpy™ is compatible with any Android device (Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, LG, Motorola, etc.) and iPhones. However, mSpy™ will not work on old versions of Androids and iPhones (bought before 2010-2011).

Does mSpy™ work on iPhone?

mSpy™ is a universal monitoring solution that works on two main operation systems, iOS and Android. What’s more, there are several installation methods. Unlike other monitoring apps that only have the jailbreaking solution, mSpy™ allows you to choose how you want to install the app. If you don’t want to jailbreak a target device, you can install mSpy™ using Wi-Fi or iCloud Sync. Remember that the list of features will differ based on the installation method you choose. But the good news is that you can use several installation methods to increase the number of features.

Can I monitor an iPad or tablet with mSpy™?

Where can I see the information from the device I am monitoring?

To see the data gathered from the monitored device, Log into your mSpy™ account from any browser. Once the app is synced with the target device, all information will become available to you in your Dashboard.

How often the information is updated on my phone?

If you are monitoring an Android device (Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, LG, Motorola, etc.), mSpy™ sends the updates from the target device to your mSpy™ account every 5-30 mins (depending on the Update Interval you set up).

If you are monitoring an iPhone, mSpy™ sends the updates from the target device to your mSpy™ account every 24 hours.

What should I do if mSpy is not working?

If you have any difficulties or need assistance, you can always contact our Support Team which is available 24/7 or try to find the right answer at Helpdesk.

What if I need technical support?

We offer a few levels of mSpy™ technical assistance:

How to Log into my mSpy™ account?

After purchasing an mSpy™ subscription, you’ll receive an email with your account details. Once you do, simply open the mSpy Login Page and enter your credentials.

How to install mSpy™ on iOS?

mSpy™ isn’t a hacking app. It’s a complete monitoring solution created to help parents and couples to keep an eye on their loved ones' online activity and safeguard them from potential dangers. Although mSpy™ has a hidden mode, allowing the app to work in the background, we’re not associated with hacking activity in any way. What’s more, we always remind our customers that if you want to monitor an adult person, you have to get their consent. Otherwise, monitoring will be considered illegal.

Also, the law is on your side if you’re monitoring your underaged child who is living under your care. But it’s only up to you whether to hide the mSpy icon or tell them about your actions.

Does mSpy™ allow you to view deleted messages?

mSpy tracks the deleted text messages in case they were not deleted right away after sending (within a couple of minutes). They are available among all other messages.

Will mSpy™ show on my credit card bill?

Depending on where you are located, the bank statement may or may not include the word ‘mSpy’.

What should I do if I can’t complete the purchase and see an error?
