Cheap practical moves: use Instagram Family Center/Apple Screen Time/Google Family Link, enable iCloud or Google Photos backup so originals are saved automatically, or make a house rule to show posts before they’re nuked — router filters or a shared device/account work too and won’t blow the budget.
